We manufacture cutting dies, follow-on composite tools and metal forming tools to your specifications, in conformance with your drawings and stringent quality standards
August Vormann is your competent, reliable partner when it comes to special requirements! If you need a hinge that is not available at do-it-yourself stores or from the specialist trade, then we are the right address for you.
Regardless of the application, we will manufacture your hinge according to drawings in steel, stainless steel, aluminium or brass in a wide variety of geometries from light to heavy, or even as a self-closing hinge with integrated spring.
Following the customized production of stampings and press-bent parts on cutting dies and follow-on composite tools from our in-house tooling shop, we can also assemble them into a complete, ready-to-install component. We have the technology required for such assembling work, including riveting and notching as well as welding processes, partly on robot-supported assembly lines. If it is intended to have your articles powder-coated, we can take care of this for you too on our own powder-coating plant.
