Should you reach the limits of your own production capacity, we can offer you job order production.
Using our extensive range of machinery and equipment, we can perform the following contract work for you:
Contract stamping on automatic stamping machines ranging from 450 to 4000 kN in punching force, with cutting die dimensions of up to 2,500 x 1,200 x 600 mm and dies weighing up to 7,000 kg. Maximum coil weight: 7,500 kg.
Contract machining on milling machines with traverse paths of 3,000 mm (X axis), 1,000 mm (Y axis) and 1,000 mm (Z axis), for work pieces with a maximum weight of up to 5000 kg.
Contract grinding on a portal grinding machine with a grinding range of 3,000 x 1,000 x 580 mm and a table clamping area of 3,000 x 1,000 mm.
Contract surface coating in our own powder coating plant for parts with dimensions of up to 1,800 x 1,000 x 450 mm and a maximum part weight of 30 kg.
